The goal of meditation is to live entirely and exclusively in the present. It removes all the different distractions and even the working of your mind and you feel without space and time. It is sheer existence only. There is highest level of consciousness which pervades through you feel just being. This is possible by removing all thoughts, feelings, ideas and other emotions from your mind. All this is achievable only through the great effect of Reiki. Therefore, meditation and the power of Reiki is very well known and accepted all around. It is all about quieting your mind and heart to listen to the inner voice or supreme power or the god. Reiki allows you to concentrate or focus your mind on the god or the divine and have a great and new experience in your daily life in which you can again concentrate to experience the divine. Therefore, Reiki is a wonderful and very powerful tool which man can use to do anything and everything. You can use meditation to listen to what god has to share with us. It is a road to god which is always there or present but you need to discover or reinvent it. All this can happen very easily during your lone and sacred moments which you keep aside for the special purpose.

But the problem is to find the time to meditate. This is more difficult because it is very difficult to find out time or spare time out of your busy schedule. Another way is to just create time out of nowhere because it is otherwise difficult and even impossible to find time from the hectic routines of the modern times of jobs and other duties and responsibilities. You must realise that nothing is more important than your own growth and development. If you do not do anything regarding your soul each day then the day is a waste. If you do not to any value addition to your personality or soul, then it is useless. This is the first and primary duty of man because all are god’s sons and daughters and we have a duty for him. It is the most important relationship for all and we have an obligation to it. we cannot ignore the fact that all of us are in the world for some purpose and one of them is to realise our hidden potential or power and meditation and Reiki gives us all the power and confidence that we need in our life and in the pursuit of excellence as a soul.
